we have started to learn how to talk about jobs. We are learning their names, talk what people do in their professions and if they wear some special uniforms. Please, listen to the following materials, repeat the words, try to remember as many of them as you can. Do the quizzes, too.

And attention! 🙂 Don’t forget about our JOB PROJECT. You have an example on the handout I gave you on our last lesson. You should do it on A4 format piece of paper, draw a person and her/his job or the tools/ symbols of this job. Then, write minimum 3 sentences that describe this job, e. g. A teacher teaches children. She/he can teach math, Polish or history. She works at school. Remember about -s/-es ending that you add to the verb (work+s/teach+es/sing+s etc.)

(zaczęliśmy omawiać zawody. Poznajemy ich nazwy, omawiamy, co wykonuje się w danej profesji i czy należy mieć specjalny strój/mundur. Posłuchajcie poniższych materiałów, powtarzajcie słowa i zapamiętajcie ich jak najwięcej. Zróbcie również quizy.

I Uwaga!Uwaga! Nie zapomnijcie o naszym PROJEKCIE o ZAWODACH. Przykład możecie zobaczyć na stronie ksero, które ostatnio otrzymaliście. Projekt/plakat należy wykonać na formacie A4, rysując osobę lub też narzędzia/symbole związane z danym zawodem. Hello everybody!

I’m happy to announce this Christmas contest. You should create a Christmas card with greetings and Christmas/New Year’s wishes in English :). Create a beautiful Christmas card, you can choose your favorite art technique and size of the card. Please, try to write longer wishes or greetings. You should submit your art works on 11th December. This is the final date for bringing the cards. The prizes along with the diplomas will be presented on 18th December. Good luck 🙂
